Zoe
LMSW
“My practice is rooted in humanistic and psychodynamic approaches, guided by the belief that we are, at our core, creative and resilient beings who long for connection and meaning.”
Being raised across three continents shaped how I see the world - it taught me about the interconnectedness of the human experience, resilience, and the many ways we find belonging. As a queer and multicultural person, I understand the complexities of navigating intersecting identities and the challenges of finding one’s place in a world shaped by oppressive systems. My goal is to support you in embracing your full authenticity and inner strength as you move through these realities.
Together, we’ll explore how past experiences may have shaped your current patterns, bringing awareness to what no longer serves you and nurturing your capacity for healing, growth, and self-acceptance.
I view the therapeutic relationship as a powerful catalyst for growth. Therapy offers a rare space where vulnerability, deep emotion, and self-discovery can emerge - an experience that requires attunement, safety, and trust. I center this relationship in our work, creating a compassionate, responsive space where you feel seen, valued, and supported. Whether you are navigating a life transition, coping with painful events, or working through the impact of childhood or recent trauma, I am here to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and respect for your unique journey.
