At Mindful Life, our therapy approach is modern, relaxing, culturally appropriate, and comfortable for all clients to meet their unique and individual needs. Getting started with therapy can often be difficult, We offer free consultations to guide you through our philosophy, process, and methods.

Appointments start on time and are reocurring in order for clients to keep consistency and continue making progress. Clients will receive assignments and set goals for sessions in order to implement coping mechanisms and learned skills into everyday life. Client records are kept through a secure and confidential electronic platform

At Mindful life we recognize how important it is for our therapists to take care of themselves. We promote and prioritize our therpists self care. Our therapists are consistently educating themselves in order to stay up to date with new therapeutic practices and techniques

Information for other behavioral services, such as psychiatrists and other specialists, are available if the need arises.
