“There is no health without mental health”
I believe in the power of connection and shared experience, and I strive to create a space where you feel supported, seen, and understood. Life’s transitions: whether in relationships, career, family, or identity can feel both exciting and overwhelming. As both a therapist and a mother, I know firsthand how these shifts can challenge and transform us. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, adjusting to life with a new baby, or coping with change in other areas of life, you don’t have to go through it alone.
For more than a decade, I’ve supported clients through anxiety, depression, various trauma, stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. One of my specialties is maternal mental health, where I help moms-to-be and new mothers manage emotional overwhelm, mood changes, and the complexities of this stage of life with compassion and care.
If you are in a place in your life where you feel some extra support would be beneficial, I would be honored to work with you.
