“Therapy should be a collaborative and flexible process, tailored to meet each clients unique needs”
As a 1st generation Asian-American woman, I understand the unique challenges that come with navigating cultural identity, family expectations, and mental health stigmas within the Asian-American community. As a therapist, I am dedicated to creating a safe and authentic space where clients can feel understood and validated as well as explore their inner selves. I aim to help clients gain new insight and achieve personal growth.
Having someone who listens and truly understands can make all the difference in navigating life’s challenges. I have witnessed this power of empathy time and time again throughout my career.
