I offer a broad range of experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging  moments. Over the years, I’ve helped people navigate reentry as they transition from incarceration, provided compassionate end-of-life support to individuals and families, and guided  parents through the complexities of raising children. I’ve also worked closely with neurodiverse  individuals, focusing on enhancing self-awareness, emotional regulation, and tailored coping  strategies.

As a lifelong artist, I bring a creative perspective to therapy and believe deeply in the  power of creativity to foster healing and personal growth.

Therapy is deeply personal, and I believe it should be as unique as you are. I enjoy breaking  down large, overwhelming goals into smaller, manageable steps but recognize that no one-size fits-all solution exists. Your journey is uniquely yours, and I’m here to walk alongside you,  supporting you at your own pace. Whether you know what’s holding you back or are still  figuring it out, I’m here to listen, encourage, and help you gain clarity.

Education

Jessica received her Masters of Social Work from Fordham University. She is currently pursuing a Post-Masters in Art Therapy, Caldwell University.

Jessica is a licensed Social Worker in the state of New York
