  • Mindful Life Psychotherapy (https://www.mindfullifepllc.com), a growing group psychology private practice is looking for a therapist to join our team! Our practice provides services to residents in NY and is virtual.

    We are currently seeking LMSW & LCSW psychotherapists to provide therapeutic services via individuals and groups sessions. We are a startup- Modern Psychotherapy Group Practice specializing in Anxiety, Depression & PTSD. Our practice offers flexible hrs and quality one-on-one/group supervision. Candidates must be able to commit to working a minimum of 20 hours of client contact per week. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in gaining experience in a private practice setting. As the position is largely virtual, the candidate must have high-speed internet and a private, professional space to conduct sessions.

    Clinicians will conduct intake assessments, provide individual and group therapy, as well as give referrals when needed. All clinicians hired will receive individual supervision with hours counting towards the requirements for the LCSW licensing exam.

    Compensation:

    This position is contracted. Pay per client depends on license type and therapist experience in the field. Average pay ranges from LMSW $30-45 & LCSW $45-$65 per client/group session. Please be aware that we believe in growth, as the practice grows you will grow as a therapist and your pay will grow as well. We pride ourselves on collaborating closely as a team and have weekly meetings that focus on clinical and professional growth as well as support. We provide a professional development stipend to encourage our employees to continue developing in the areas that they are most interested in as well as case conferences. Individual and group supervision is at no cost.

    Current licensure in New York State that is in good standing

    Certificate of Professional Liability Insurance needed prior to hire date

    HIPAA-compliant space to hold sessions and complete paperwork

    Must have their own computer and be proficient in using a computer

    Stable internet connection

    Commit to working at least 20 client contact hours per week

    LCSW to provide supervision to LMSW's

    Review clients charts

    Work closely with the founder to improve the quality of care for clients and the work environment for employees

    Comfortable working fully remote

    Coachable

    Bi-lingual is a plus (Spanish or Russian)

    We are a growing practice seeking an experienced Administrative & Marketing Office Manager to grow with us!

    Ideal candidate is able to work independently, able to multitask, be creative and possess strong communication skills. Position is in virtual/ if located in CT there will be meeting times set up through the year to work together.

    Schedule is flexible 10 -20 hours per week to start with potential to grow within the company.

    Essential responsibilities & requirements include but are not limited to:

    1+ years of mental health medical billing experience preferred

    1+ years of knowledge & experience with marketing for a small business/ or use of social media for business purposes preferred

    1+ years of office management administrative experience

    Assistance with office administrative tasks: Including screening new clients, follow up on referrals, EHR file management.

    Familiar with HIPAA and privacy compliance

    Excellent communication skills and active listening

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to help clients feel supported

    Social media & marketing management

    Intake coordination for new client benefits

    Verification of health insurance benefits

    Insurance Claim processing/remits, Follow up on insurance claims and benefits

    Administrative tasks supporting CEO with practice management

    Screening new clients/referral list management

    Use of EHR software, proficient computer skills

    Collaborate with the founder in creation and implementation of marketing plan

    Helping identify marketing opportunities

    Creating marketing materials

    Giving presentations within local community

    Maintain client files within EHR software

    Support with scheduling & insurance credentialing

    Complete Marketing/Social Media management tasks

    Assist CEO with Maintaining/ creating weekly content for Social media accounts

    Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.

    Understanding company services and brand.

    General office management duties.

    Updating social media accounts.

    Hiring & interviewing potential candidates

    Onboarding & Training of new staff

    Management of clinician caseloads & referral screening

    Completion of new hire process including BCI/fingerprinting

    Participation in team meetings
